FAQs

Why should I spend the money on styling?

Think of the money you are spending as an investment. Your return is to achieve the best possible sale price. Potential buyers do not want something that looks like it has been neglected. Even the smallest investment will have some impact at sale time.

Does property styling work?

A potential buyer will be engaged in a property that is well presented, clean, spacious and without all the clutter and personal effects of the current owner. This assists them in envisaging and creating an emotional connection with the property which in turn leads to a faster sale and often for more.

What do I need to do to my property prior to selling?

Every property is different and therefore has different needs and requirements in the preparation for sale. Some will require more costly work while others simply need a change in furniture layout, basic decluttering and a few final touches.

Will small improvements make a difference to my sale price?

Small inexpensive changes from decluttering, styling, gardening and painting can have quite a favorable outcome and therefore should be considered. A property stylist will be able to advise on what can be done and what needs to be done.

Is property styling really necessary?

The industry statistics suggests that up to 90% of property buyers can visualise the space in a home they are inspecting. Therefore, by reducing the clutter to a minimum so that buyers can see space and presenting the house at its absolute best is vitally important.
